Return & Exchange Policy

At Fox, your satisfaction is our priority. In compliance with the Consumer Protection Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we adhere to the following policy:

Accepted Cases for Return & Exchange

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or visible fault
  • The product does not match the specifications or description advertised at the time of purchase
  • The product does not comply with Saudi quality standards
  • A different product was received than what was ordered
  • The product arrived damaged due to shipping

Conditions for Accepting Returns & Exchanges

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be in its complete original packaging
  • The original purchase invoice or proof of order must be provided

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products that have been used, had their labels removed, or their condition altered
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the request
  2. Send clear photos of the product if there is a defect or damage
  3. Your request will be reviewed and responded to within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange product pickup or guide you through the return shipping process

Refund Process

  • A full refund will be issued upon receiving and verifying the returned product
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • No fees will be charged to the customer if the reason for return is a product defect or mismatch with the description
